"The ""Priority"" 100% stainless steel stockpot rivals the quality and strong culinary results produced by classic French copper. The composite construction of the pieces allows for perfectly even heat distribution from the bottom to the sides of the pan. The composition of the metal is unique in that it is one continuous form that extends the entire form of the piece.

This line has no weak points for potential breakage due to separate layers of metal or welded parts. The handles are hollow, curved, riveted, stainless steel. The 5/64"" (2mm) thickness of the pot is the best balance between sturdiness and maneuverability.

The stainless ""Priority"" line is suitable with all types of heat sources including induction. With its tri-metal bottom, it is used most commonly for simmering. It is ideal for making soup, as the equal lengths of its diameter and height limit evaporation.
